Mike Dooley - Associate, Commercial and Business Sales
Mike began his professional career working for one of the “Big 4” CPA firms in New York,
then moved into the healthcare field as a hospital and healthcare system CFO. During his professional
career, Mike has owned several small businesses, including restaurants, billing companies, retails
operations, and accounting and tax services.
Mike specializes in sales of businesses and has experience in executing like- kind exchanges under
IRS Code Section 1031, in which the gain on the sale of rental property or property used in a trade
or business can be deferred.
Mike is a member of the Business Broker of Florida (BBF), and was awarded the designation of Certified
Business Intermediary (CB) by the International Business Brokers Association in 1990. He has been
affiliated with Franchise Brokers Network for over 10 years.
